Ingredients
2.5 – 4 lb. chuck roast
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
