Ingredients
1/2 pound Flank steak grilled to desired temperature and thinly sliced.
1 cup alfredo sauce
1 red barlett pear thinly sliced
1.5 cups fresh arugula and spinach
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
4 gluten free tortillas
Directions
- Divide all ingredients except the arugula & spinach among the 4 tortillas.
- Grill over medium heat until heated and cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from grill, add arugula and spinach.
- Enjoy!
