2018 Week 32 Grilled pizza

Ingredients

1/2 pound Flank steak grilled to desired temperature and thinly sliced.

1 cup alfredo sauce

1 red barlett pear thinly sliced

1.5 cups fresh arugula and spinach

1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese 

4 gluten free tortillas 

Directions

  1. Divide all ingredients except the arugula & spinach among the 4 tortillas.
  2. Grill over medium heat until heated and cheese is slightly melted.
  3. Remove from grill, add arugula and spinach.
  4. Enjoy!
