Ingredients
4 ribeye steaks
sea salt and pepper to taste
1 stick unsalted butter
1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 cup greek yogurt
3 to 4 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Sprinkle the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Smear both sides of the steak with 1/2 stick of butter.
- Grill steaks until desired temperature is reached.
- Melt the remaining 1/2 stick butter in a large skillet and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the yogurt and Worcestershire sauce. Allow it to bubble up, then add the blue cheese and stir together until it melts.
- Serve steaks with the sauce.
