2018 Week 29 Dr. Picone’s Summer Chicken Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cubed rotisserie chicken

¼ cup silvered almonds

3 TBSP green onion

1 cup Greek yogurt/mayo mixture

1 11oz. can of mandarin oranges

3 cups cubed cantaloupe

Healthy crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Enjoy!
