Ingredients
2 heads of broccoli florets, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups of shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup white raisins
dressing
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup of no stir (creamy) almond butter
2 TBSP coconut aminos
Instructions
- In a food processor, make the dressing by combining all dressing ingredients and blending for about 1 minute until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients and toss with the dressing.
- Serve cold or room temperature and enjoy!
