2018 Week 22 Dark Chocolate Caramel and Sea salt Protein Balls

Ingredients 

1 scoop No Whey – pea protein powder

.25 cup cacao powder

.5 cup sunflower seeds

.5 cup pumpkin seeds

.25 tsp sea salt

1 cup medjool dates

1 – 3 TBSP water

.25 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips

.25 cup homemade caramel sauce

Instructions 

  1. Place seeds/nuts in a food processor, and process until finely ground.  Pulse in protein powder, cacao, vanilla and sea salt.
  2. Add in chopped dates, caramel and water, 1 TBSP at a time until the dough comes together.
  3. Pulse in Chocolate
  4. Roll in tablespoon sized balls.
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy.
