Ingredients
1 scoop No Whey – pea protein powder
.25 cup cacao powder
.5 cup sunflower seeds
.5 cup pumpkin seeds
.25 tsp sea salt
1 cup medjool dates
1 – 3 TBSP water
.25 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips
.25 cup homemade caramel sauce
Instructions
- Place seeds/nuts in a food processor, and process until finely ground. Pulse in protein powder, cacao, vanilla and sea salt.
- Add in chopped dates, caramel and water, 1 TBSP at a time until the dough comes together.
- Pulse in Chocolate
- Roll in tablespoon sized balls.
- Refrigerate and enjoy.
