2018 Week 5 Crockpot Paleo Chili

INGREDIENTS

1 pound of beef stir fry 

1 pound of boneless pork ribs 

2.5 lbs tomatoes coarsely chopped, juices reserved.

1 yellow onion, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup banana peppers

1 small can of green chilies 

3 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped

1.5 tablespoons smoked paprika (your choice of hot or mild)

1.5 tablespoons dark cocoa powder

1 tablespoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brown beef and pork in a skillet. 
  2. Combine all ingredients in crockpot and add browned meat. 
  3. Stir until combined. 
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours or on keep warm all day. 
  5. Enjoy!
