Week 50 Teriyaki Steak

Ingredients 

3/4 cup soy sauce ( I use a liquid Amnios)

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 

3 tablespoons coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 steaks of your choice 

Instructions 

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, ( you can also use a baking dish) combine the soy sauce, oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix together and add steak.
  3. Seal bag and turn to coat; cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours. I like to turn this occasionally to make sure the marinade is evenly distributed.
  4. Drain and discard marinade.
  5. Grill the steak according to how you like your steak cooked.
