Week 48 Perfect protein balls

Ingredients 

1.5 cup cashews 

1 cup pitted medjool dates 

1 TBSP coconut oil 

1 TBSP cacao powder 

1 TBSP No Whey – pea protein powder 

1 TBSP chia seeds 

Directions 

  1. Place all ingredients in the food processor and blend until a smooth mixture appears. 
  2. Roll into balls. 
  3. Enjoy!
