Ingredients
2 cups roasted Butternut Squash
1 cup brown rice/quinoa mixture, cooked
1.5 cups grilled chicken strips
4 cups mixed greens
Dressing: extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Divide and layer 4 Mason Jars in the following order; rice/quinoa mixture, butternut squash, chicken and mixed greens.
