Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup mix ins (i.e. uncured turkey bacon, cheese, veggies or chicken)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Lightly coat a pint jar. Add eggs, mix ins, salt and pepper. Cover with lid and chill overnight.
- When ready to eat shake jar and microwave for 2 minutes or until eggs are set.
