2017 Week 21 Chipotle Chicken

Ingredients 

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle peppers)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 teaspoons brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty freezer bag. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat in marinade.

Freeze or refrigerate. 

Grill or bake.  If baking bake at 350 for 20 -30 minutes.
