Ingredients
2 6oz Chicken Breasts
2 tsp dried italian seasoning
4 cups Arugula
.50 Buffalo Mozzarella ball
2 cups Asparagus
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Season Chicken breasts with Italian seasoning and bake or grill until done. Top with each chicken breast with .25 buffalo Mozzarella ball.
- Drizzle olive oil on asparagus and roast until desired doneness.
- Place 2 cups arugula in the bottom of two salad bowls. Top each bowl with 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of asparagus.
