Ingredients
8 TBSP Ranch Dressing – I used Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch (made with Yogurt)
20 Grape Tomatoes
1 lg Cucumber
1/2 cup sliced Carrots
8 oz. Turkey
4 Hard boiled Eggs
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Spinach or other mixed greens
Directions
- Divide all ingredients through greens in 4 servings.
- Layer mason jar salad in the order of the ingredients below (starting with the dressing – cheddar cheese).
- Fill the rest of the jar with the desired amount of greens.
- Enjoy!
