2017 Week 3 Chef Mason Jar Salad

4 Servings 

Ingredients 

8 TBSP Ranch Dressing – I used Bolthouse Farms Classic Ranch (made with Yogurt)

20 Grape Tomatoes

1 lg Cucumber

1/2 cup sliced Carrots

8 oz. Turkey

4 Hard boiled Eggs 

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Spinach or other mixed greens 

Directions 

  1. Divide all ingredients through greens in 4 servings.  
  2. Layer mason jar salad in the order of the ingredients below (starting with the dressing – cheddar cheese). 
  3. Fill the rest of the jar with the desired amount of greens. 
  4. Enjoy! 

Candisol omit cheese; Candisol & PAN limit tomatoes; HCL & BIL limit cheese (using non-processed, low-fat) & omit onions and cucumbers
