2021 Week 13 Crockpot BBQ Chicken and herb veggies

Ingredients

For the veggies

2 cups mixed raw veggies 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

1/2 packet ranch dressing dry mix

For the Chicken

1 pounds Chicken breast 

1 cup low sugar bbq sauce

1/4 cup water

Instructions

1. In a small glass bowl mix together the veggies (I used a 2 cup glass measuring cup), 1 tablespoon of oil, and the ranch dressing mix. Place bowl with the veggies into slow cooker. 

2. Place the chicken next to the veggies in the slow cooker, add the bbq sauce on top of the chicken, and the water as well.

3. Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on low all day. 

4. After cooking time is up, stir up the veggies a bit.

5. When serving, spoon the extra bbq sauce onto the chicken.

6. Enjoy!
