Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breast
Salt and pepper
2 (16-ounce) cans black beans
2 (10-ounce) cans Mexican diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon low-sodium fajita
Directions
- Season chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Place all ingredients in crockpot starting with black bean in the bottom.
- Cook on low all day until Chicken is cooked through.
