2020 Week 23 Grilled Rib Eye with onion Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

4 rib eye steaks
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick unsalted softened butter
1 large yellow onion, sliced
1 cup greek Yogurt
3 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Directions

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper.
3. Grill steaks until your desired temperature.
4. Melt the remaining 1/2 stick of butter in a large skillet over medium heat, and then sauté the onions until golden brown. Add the greek yogurt and worcestershire sauce. Let it bubble and then add in the blue cheese.
5. Place steaks on plates and top with the onion Blue Cheese Sauce.
6. Enjoy!
