Ingredients:
- 3 medium crushed garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup packed coconut sugar
- 3 Tbsp. grainy (gluten free) mustard
- 1/ 4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- Pepper to taste
- 6 chicken breast halves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Marinate chicken in liquid several hours or overnight (refrigerated).
- Bring to room temperature before grilling.
- Grill chicken until cooked through. Serve.
