2020 Week 19 Grilled Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup packed coconut sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. grainy (gluten free) mustard
  • 1/ 4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 6 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Pepper to taste
  • 6 chicken breast halves

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Marinate chicken in liquid several hours or overnight (refrigerated).
  2. Bring to room temperature before grilling.
  3. Grill chicken until cooked through. Serve.
  4. Enjoy!
