Ingredients
8 ounces organic and gluten free pizza sauce (see video for the brand I use!)
4 (8-inch) sprouted or brown rice tortillas
6 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
4 ounces uncured pepperoni
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay 1 tortilla on a pizza stone.
- Cover tortilla with 1/2 of the mozzarella an pepperoni.
- Cover with another tortilla.
- Place pizza stone in oven and heat until cheese is melted.
- Cut in quarters.
- Repeat steps 2-6 for last 2 tortillas
- Divide dipping sauce between the 2 pizza quesadillas.
- Enjoy!
