2020 Week 11 Grilled flatbread pizza

INGREDIENTS

2 gluten free flatbreads or 2 cauliflower pizza crusts

1/2 c. pesto

6 oz. fresh mozzarella, shredded

1/3 c. baby spinach

crushed red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Line the grill with a grill. 
  3. Spread pesto evenly over flatbreads or pizza crust. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella, top with spinach, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  4.  Grill until cheese is bubbling, 10 to 13 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill and slice warm.
  6. Enjoy!
