2020 Week 8 Crockpot Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS

6 bone-in or boneless chicken thighs

1/2 c. Liquid Aminos 

1/2 c. ketchup

1/4 c. honey

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp. freshly minced ginger

2 tbsp. Sriracha

Juice of 1 lime

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag and freeze. 
  2. Day of dump frozen ziploc bag ingredients in the crockpot. 
  3. Cook on keep warm all day. 
  4. Enjoy over brown rice!
