For the special year this week, here is the recipe.
Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls
1lb. Breakfast sausage
12 oz. Pimento Cheese – I use Palmetto brand or our favorite is homemade from the shop Meanwhile Back in Saluda (located beside Wildflower Bakery)
2 Cups Gluten free flour or Bisquick – I use King Arthur that has Brown rice, Coconut, etc.
1.Preheat oven 375
2.Mix all ingredients together
3.Roll into 1 inch balls
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes
