Ingredients
2-4 pound chuck roast
1/2 cup prepared horseradish not horseradish sauce!!
4 to 5 cups beef stock
Instructions
- Pour beef stock in crockpot.
- Place chuck roast in crockpot and top with horseradish.
- Cook on keep warm all day.
- Enjoy.
*Note my family loves this recipe over mashed cauliflower!
