Ingredients
pork loins
1/2 cup liquid aminos
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 -3 Slivered green onions stalks
Instructions
- Place pork loin in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and pour over the pork loin.
- Cook on low all day.
