2019 Week 33 Crockpot Apricot Chipotle Ribs

Ingredients

3 pounds pork loin back ribs

Sea Salt

Ground black pepper

1/2 cup bottled chili sauce

1/2 cup apricot preserves

2 tablespoons packed coconut sugar

1 – 2 chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

Directions

  1. In a small bowl stir together chili sauce, apricot preserves, coconut sugar, and chil peppers. Pour over ribs in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for  to 3-1/2 hours. 
  3. Enjoy!
