Ingredients
3 pounds pork loin back ribs
Sea Salt
Ground black pepper
1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons packed coconut sugar
1 – 2 chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce, chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl stir together chili sauce, apricot preserves, coconut sugar, and chil peppers. Pour over ribs in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 6 to 7 hours or on high-heat setting for to 3-1/2 hours.
