2019 Week 19 Grilled Mexican Chicken

Instructions 

4 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp chicken stock

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp chipotle paste

2 garlic cloves minced

Salt

Chicken breast or chicken thighs 

Instructions 

  1. Mix all ingredients including chicken in container or ziploc bag to marinate overnight or freeze for future use. 
  2. Grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked through. 
  3. Enjoy!
