Ingredients
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 ounces smoked Andouille chicken sausage, cut into small rounds
1 cup chopped onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Instructions
- To make ahead place all ingredients in a ziploc bag and freeze.
- Day of dump frozen bag or all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on keep warm all day.
- Enjoy over brown rice or brown rice noodles.
