2018 Week 52 Crockpot BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

salt to taste

Directions

1. Season chicken breast lightly (a small pinch per breast) with some sea salt and place in your crockpot.

2. Combine BBQ sauce, dressing, coconut sugar, Worcestershire in a bowl. 

3. Pour over the chicken. 

4. Cook all day on keep warm. 

5. Enjoy!
