Ingredients
1.5 pound flank steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
.5 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
8 oz summer ale beer
For serving
gluten free tortilla chips
shredded cheese
grape tomatoes
avocados
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup cilantro, torn
I substitute greek yogurt for sour cream!
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low all day.
- Shred steak and serve with one or many of the serving ingredients listed.
- Enjoy!
