Ingredients
Chicken breast
2 TBSP Dijon mustard
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 TBSP coconut sugar
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl or ziplock bag.
- Marinate overnight or freeze for later in the week.
- Grilled until cooked through.
