2018 Week 31 Grilled Skirt Steak

Ingredients 

2 1/4 pound skirt steak 

Marinade

1 orange, thinly sliced with peel 

1/3 onion, thinly sliced 

4 garlic cloves

sea salt and black pepper 

1 cup light-colored beer – larger style 

1/2 cup soy sauce 

Directions 

  1. In a shallow glass baking dish, scatter the orange and onion slices on the bottom.  
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the dish, including the steak. 
  3. Cover and marinate overnight. 
  4. Grill on medium heat until the desired temperature is reached. 
  5. Enjoy!
