2018 Week 31 Garlic Mustard Grilled Beef Skewers

Ingredients 

One 2-pound beef tenderloin, halved and cubed

Marinade 

4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/4 cup grainy mustard

2 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Spanish paprika

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Special tools 

Wooden skewers soaked in water 

Directions 

  1. Make the marinade. Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. 
  2. Add cubed beef to marinade. Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes or overnight. 
  3. Place cubed beef onto skewers and grill over medium heat until desired temperature is reached. 
  4. Enjoy!
