2018 Week 21 Grilled Asian-style Chicken

Ingredients:

6 Tablespoons rice vinegar

3 Tablespoons soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/4 cup oil

1 Tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl or ziploc bag. Use to marinate chicken.

*Note I usually make ahead several bags and freeze!
