Ingredients
1 pound chicken breast
.5 cup chicken broth
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP dried oregano
1 package (6 slices) Canadian bacon, cut into squares
.5 cup Yogurt
.5 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Layer chicken in the bottom of the crockpot. Top with bacon.
- Mix broth, garlic and oregano together and pour over the top.
- Cook on low all day.
- Remove chicken and bacon.
- Pour broth in blender add yogurt and cheese – blend.
- If desired add mixture to sauce pan on stove and thicken using arrowroot and water.
- Pour sauce over chicken and bacon, serve.
