Week 29 Crockpot Pulled BBQ Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

    1. 2 Chicken breasts
    • 8 Tbs of Barbecue sauce
    • 2 Cups Long grain brown rice

Directions

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Place them in crockpot. Add 1/2 cup or 8 Tbs. of Barbecue sauce and cook for 4 hours or until tender and juices run clear from chicken.
Cook rice according to directions on package. Add barbecue chicken to rice and enjoy!Number of Servings: 4
