2017 Week 24 Spice-Rubbed Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon thyme

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 pound boneless skinless Chicken breast 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a small bowl, combine the onion powder, chili powder, kosher salt, black pepper, thyme, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle the seasonings generously on the chicken.

2. Cook the chicken over a hot grill until done.

3. Enjoy!
