2017 Week 22 Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients 

1/4 cup honey

2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar 

1 tsp cumin 

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 

8 1/2 inch thick pork chops 

salt and pepper 

Directions 

  1. Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops, set aside. 
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a ziploc bag. 
  3. Place pork chops in the marinade next. 
  4. Marinate for a min. of 30 minutes before grilling. 
  5. Grill, bake or cook in a skillet until pork is done. 
  6. Enjoy!
