INGREDIENTS:
2 pound boneless pork roast
sea salt, to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
DIRECTIONS:
- Place pork roast in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour over roast and cook all day on low.
