2017 Week 7 Crockpot Barbecue Chicken

Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce (gluten free) 

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

Put chicken breast halves in a slow cooker.

Whisk barbeque sauce, sugar, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until the sugar dissolves; pour over the chicken.

Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
