Ingredients
1 Cup frozen strawberries
1 Cup oats
1 scoop No Whey – pea protein powder
1/2 Cup sunflower seeds
1/2 Cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp Coconut oil
Desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor with 1 TBSP of the coconut oil.
- It will take some time, be patient!
- Eventually it becomes a fine paste and form a ball.
- If the mixture looks dry add the second spoon of coconut oil. It depends a little on how much oil is released from the sunflower seeds.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop balls.
- Roll the balls in desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight.
- Enjoy!
