Ingredients
3 crushed garlic cloves
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 TBSP grainy gluten free mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 lime, juiced
1/2 lemon, juiced
6 TBSP EVOO
Pepper to taste
6 Chicken breast or thighs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for chicken in a large bowl or ziploc bag.
- Season chicken with pepper.
- Marinate chicken in liquid several hours or overnight.
- Grill chicken until cooked through.
