2021 Week 13 Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients 

Gluten free or organic refrigerated croissant dough – example would be Immaculate 

eggs

Greek Yogurt 

Cooked uncured turkey bacon 

Directions

  1. In a greased quiche or hamburger bun pan lay 1 croissant dough triangle in the bottom.
  2. Add 1 -2 pieces of crumbled cooked uncured turkey bacon. 
  3. Whisk together 2 eggs with 1 TBSP of Greek Yogurt and pour on top of bacon and croissant dough. 
  4. Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes until eggs are set.  
  5. Enjoy!
