Ingredients
Gluten free or organic refrigerated croissant dough – example would be Immaculate
eggs
Greek Yogurt
Cooked uncured turkey bacon
Directions
- In a greased quiche or hamburger bun pan lay 1 croissant dough triangle in the bottom.
- Add 1 -2 pieces of crumbled cooked uncured turkey bacon.
- Whisk together 2 eggs with 1 TBSP of Greek Yogurt and pour on top of bacon and croissant dough.
- Cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes until eggs are set.
- Enjoy!
