Ingredients
Brownie
3/4 cup No Whey ™, golden pea protein powder
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
2 TBSP black dutch cocoa powder
1 TBSP Baking powder
2 eggs
10 drops of Chocolate liquid stevia
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Icing
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz Greek Yogurt
2 oz Ricotta cheese
3 TBSP Almond milk
6 drops of vanilla liquid stevia
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix all brownie ingredients.
- Spread cake batter into a 9×13 greased pan.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Beat all icing ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread icing over cooled cake.
- Store in the refrigerator.
