Melissa’s Oreo© Cake

Ingredients 

Brownie

3/4 cup No Whey ™, golden pea protein powder

1/4 cup Cocoa powder 

2 TBSP black dutch cocoa powder

1 TBSP Baking powder 

2 eggs 

10 drops of Chocolate liquid stevia 

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Icing

4 oz cream cheese 

4 oz Greek Yogurt 

2 oz Ricotta cheese 

3 TBSP Almond milk 

6 drops of vanilla liquid stevia 

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all brownie ingredients.
  2. Spread cake batter into a 9×13 greased pan.  
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until done.
  4. Cool on a wire rack. 
  5. Beat all icing ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Spread icing over cooled cake.
  7. Store in the refrigerator.
  8. Enjoy
