2019 Week 47 Crockpot Roast

Ingredients

2-4 pound chuck roast

1/2 cup prepared horseradish not horseradish sauce!!

4 to 5 cups beef stock

Instructions 

  1. Pour beef stock in crockpot.
  2. Place chuck roast in crockpot and top with horseradish.  
  3. Cook on keep warm all day.
  4. Enjoy.  

*Note my family loves this recipe over mashed cauliflower!
