2019 Week 22 Vanilla Protein Balls

Ingredients 

1 Cup medjool dates

1/2 Cup raw cashews

1/2 Cup No Whey, pea protein powder 

1 Tsp vanilla extract

pinch salt

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut Optional

Instructions 

1. Remote pits from dates.

2. Add pitted dates, cashews, protein powder, salt and vanilla extract to food processor. Process until blended.

3. If mixture is to dry to stick together add a splash of water.

4. Roll into tablespoon sides balls.

5. Enjoy!
