2019 Week 22 Protein Lunch Pack

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups hummus

1 1/4 cups mixed nuts

2 cups cheddar cheese, chopped into cubes

12 ounces deli lunch meat

2 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

2 1/2 cups sugar snap peas

1 large English cucumber, sliced

5 eggs, hardboiled

Instructions

  1. Divide all ingredients into 5 grab and go containers for the week. 
  2. Enjoy!
