2019 Week 14 Killer grilled Chicken

Ingredients

4 lbs. chicken thighs 

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp sesame oil

4 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce – I use liquid aminos 

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp lemon 

5 Tbsp honey 

6 cloves of garlic minced

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

2 tsp sea salt 

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken in a ziploc bag. 
  2. Freeze or marinate overnight. 
  3. Grill over medium heat until cooked through.  
  4. Enjoy!
