Ingredients
1 cup Oat Flour
1 scoop No Whey – pea protein powder
2/3 cup Pecans
1/2 cup mashed banana, or about 1 medium banana (be sure to measure!)
1 cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 Medjool dates
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
Chocolate syrup – I used pre made syrup, you can find the link here.
Instructions
- Place pecans in the food processor and pulse until a fine texture, remove and place in a bowl.
- Place chickpeas in the food processor and pulse until broken into small pieces, remove and place in a bowl.
- Combine all protein ball ingredients, including pecans and chickpeas, in the food processor and pulse until smooth. You may need to stop occasionally to scrape the sides of the food processor.
- Scoop out and roll into balls.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with additional chopped pecans if desire.
- Enjoy!
