2019 Week 8 Crockpot Chicken and Sausage

Ingredients 

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts

12 ounces smoked Andouille chicken sausage, cut into small rounds

1 cup chopped onions

2 cloves minced garlic

1 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth

1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1/2 cup tomato sauce

2 teaspoons Creole seasoning

1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Instructions

  1. To make ahead place all ingredients in a ziploc bag and freeze. 
  2. Day of dump frozen bag or all ingredients in the crockpot. 
  3. Cook on keep warm all day. 
  4. Enjoy over brown rice or brown rice noodles.
