2019 Week 6 Cookie Dough Protein Ball

Ingredients

1 scoop No Whey protein powder

1 cup almond meal

.5 cup almond butter

5 tsp liquid Stevia

.25 cup chopped Lily’s dark chocolate bar

Instructions

  1. Place protein powder and almond meal in a bowl.
  2. Mix almond butter and stevia in with dry ingredients.
  3. Fold in chocolate.
  4. Scoop 1 TBSP of dough out at a time and roll dough into your palms forming balls.
  5. If needed add a tiny amount of water to bind ingredients. 
  6. Refrigerate and enjoy.

PAN approved, HCL & BIL in moderation.
